EPC for Rental Properties

As from the 1st October 08 the current legislation states that all rental properties need an Energy Performance Certificate. These last for 10 years unlike the HIP of only a year and cost just £80. Our in house qualified Domestic Energy Assessor are trained to carry out these checks.
