Selling Your House

Estate Agents Eazi-move In Mansfield - we aim to do what we are named, to make your move ‘eazi.’

Step 1 - Valuation

Free no obligation valuation.
Photographs are taken at this stage for your sales brochure if you decide to go ahead. This is carried out at this stage to save you time with another visit.

Step 2- Sale Price Negotiation

Our fees are based on a ‘no sale – no fee’ basis. We currently sell at just £850. No money is requested up front, the invoice is sent either to yourselves or to the solicitor acting on your behalf once the sale has completed. Once this fee has been agreed a sales contract is sent for your consent to advertise and sell your property on your behalf at the set fee agreed.

HIP packs produced if your property is covered by the current legislation.

Step 3 - For sale Board Erected

An eye catching for sale board is erected on your property for all to see your intentions to sell.

Step 4 - Advertising

Our IT department add your property to our web site which is No 1 in the search engines for maximum internet coverage for the Mansfield and the surrounding areas.

Sales brochure to advertise your house to potential buyers. These are unlimited in quantity, we send out as many as requested. These are also sent to people on our mailing list who are looking for similar properties to your own and also displayed in our shop window. We advertise in local papers and leaflet drop surrounding areas.

Step 5 - Viewings

Accompanied viewings with one of our agents is recommended as research not just into your property but the area is carried out. This can help promote and sell the house you live in and the area. If the school has come top in the league tables this could be an attraction for a buyer, if you have no children you might not be aware of this fact. Some sellers can come across too pushy and this could put potential buyers off, an impartial person usually works well.

Step 6 - An offer

If the buyer likes your property and wishes to submit an offer this is done direct through Eazi-move. As a buyer you probably don’t want potential buyers phoning 24-7 with ridiculous offers and having to be put in a position to say no. This is all negotiated through ourselves. If the offer is acceptable we confirm this offer in writing to yourselves and the buyer and then instruct the solicitors who are working on your behalf. We have our own independent solicitors available for a smooth ‘eazi’ transaction.

Step 7 - Communication

Throughout this process communication is paramount. We send you a fortnightly activity progress report which states all interest in your property during that two week period. After viewings a viewers questionnaire is filled in to help amend any issues preventing you selling or good points the viewer has picked up on to help promote your house.

Step 8 - Eazi-move
